Exhibit A

Services to be performed by Brunner Lawn Care for Client:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE OPTIONS: See Brunnerlawncare.com for more detailed descriptions.
Lawn Mowing: Lawn mowing service includes, mowing, edging, trimming, and hauling away the grass clippings. This service is performed weekly. Rates are dependent upon the size of your lawn. Brunner Lawn Care will come to your site to view your lawn and give you a free estimate of the weekly lawn mowing rate.

Pre-emergent Fertilization: Pre-emergent helps stop the spread of crab grass and weeds by not allowing existing crab grass and weed seeds to germinate. It also has regular fertilizer to help get your lawn a jump start in growing.

Fertilization: Fertilization gives grass the nutrients it needs in order to grow and be healthy. This service is performed approximately every two months.

Aeration: Aeration enables the ground to better absorb water since much of Colorado’s soil consists of hard clay. This service is performed biannually.

Overseeding: Overseeding can be performed both in the spring and fall. Overseeding helps any lawn become a lusher and fuller lawn. We use Kentucky Blue Grass seed.

Pre-emergent Weed Control. Similar to pre-emergent fertilization which prevents crab grass. Pre-emergent weed control will controls over 90 broadleaf weeds for up to 8 month in turf. This product will stops root and stem development. We will spray the whole lawn. The product will reduce future weeds in the sprayed area by 85% during the course of the season. We will also spot spray your landscaping for visible weeds. Please note that weed control is only available in conjunction with selection of the fertilization service.

Weed Control: For visible weeds in the grass, a spot spray is used. This spray will not kill the grass. Please note that weed control is only available in conjunction with selection of the fertilization service.

Drought Tolerance Equalizer: Increases water use effectiveness and efficiency; increases infiltration rates and reduces runoff; promotes uniform availability and movement of water, fertilizer, and other water soluble material into and throughout the root zone; reduces moisture stress to turf grass; and improves recovery from summer heat and drought.

Fungicide: Preventive fungicide for the following funguses: anthracnose, bentgrass dead spots, bermudagrass decline, brown patch, dollar spot, fairy ring, fusarium patch, grey leaf spot, large spot, melting out, necrotic ring spot, pink patch, pink snow mold, powdery mildew, pythium blight, rabid blight, red thread, rust, summer patch, and zoysia patch.

Yard Clean Ups: Yard clean ups are based on the scope you set. We are very timely and efficient with our equipment.

Sprinkler turn on and shut offs: We work closely with a new Broomfield company who offers this service. For Brunner Lawn Care clients, they offer excellent rates. Contact us for more details.

Snow Removal: We work closely with a new Broomfield company who offers this service. For Brunner Lawn Care clients, they offer excellent rates. Contact us for more details.

Special Package Deal! : For Clients that sign up for lawn mowing services as well as all applications of fertilization and weed control, Brunner Lawn Care will spray any visible weeds once every odd month in which your regular scheduled weed control visit does not fall on, at no extra charge.
Get a Discount! : There is a 25-50% discount for fall services for Clients that sign up now in addition to other same type services. For example, sign up for spring and fall aeration now and get 25% off in the fall. (Discount does not apply to mowing service.)
